We are looking for a team player to assist with organizational duties in order to effectively manage daily operations.


Office Manager Job Duties:

  • Maintains office services; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, reviewing and approving supply orders.
  • Leads team meetings.
  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, counselling and training employees.
  • Provides annual performance reviews.
